The very picture is the cover photo of Wuxiandian zazhi published in September, 1974. In order to ask the permission log, we contacted the Posts and Telecom Press through telephone since there was no other means to do so, and the person who is in charge of the copyright issues of the Press mentioned that the original photographer held the copyright of the picture. However, since it was during the Cultural Revolution, the period that authors would usually keep their names from the own works or the authorities, there’s no way for both the press and us to trace back the authorship. But the picture comes from one of the submission in this issue, and it’s well discussed in the essay.
